Membership is only open to researchers and organizations who meet the criteria set by Southwest Biologix. Southwest Biologix reserves the right to refuse membership at its sole discretion.

All products offered are intended for use as research chemicals. They are not for human consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic use. The statements made within this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. The statements and the products of this company are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Members agree to adhere to this policy and ensure that research chemicals are used in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Human Consumption

Any discussion of dosing or administration of peptides on humans is strictly forbidden and will result in expulsion from Southwest Biologix. Bodily introduction into humans or animals is strictly prohibited by law.

Southwest Biologix provides testing reports but makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy or availability of the research chemicals. All chemicals are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.

Under no circumstances will Southwest Biologix be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the research peptides or any other services provided by Southwest Biologix.

10. Modifications to Terms

Southwest Biologix reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to Southwest Biologix Peptides website. Your continued membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Members agree to receive promotional emails and marketing materials from Southwest Biologix Peptides regarding news, updates, and special offers. Members understand that they can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Southwest Biologix is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
